Our gardens can provide vital sanctuaries for wildlife. SACWG are launching a Garden Wildlife survey this year to make a survey of the typical wildlife we have in the Strettons’ gardens. This includes an online survey (5 minutes of your time). We also plan to carry out some detailed garden surveys on Saturday and Sunday 28 and 29th June. You may like to offer your garden for a survey or join our team of surveyors, who will make extensive use of phone ID apps. We plan a training event on Wednesday 18th June 4.30 to 6.30 in the URC Hall. We’re particularly keen to encourage youngsters to join us as surveyors.
