The annual survey of Red Grouse on the Long Mynd will be getting underway in spring starting with a Project Briefing & Methodology session starting at 19:30 on Thursday 23rd March at the Carding Mill Valley NT Tea Room. The meeting is mainly intended for new participants but previous participants may attend if they feel they need a refresher. The session will last about an hour and refreshments will be provided.
The survey will start on Thursday 30th March and it will continue weekly until 11th May. The background, details, and methodology of the survey are outlined in the attached leaflet (PDF).
